Our Story

Parfums De Coeur® was founded in 1981 by John Galantic, a French perfumer living in New York City. John had a passion for creating beautiful fragrances using only the finest ingredients. He began selling his fragrances locally using recycled glass bottles, establishing a reputation for unique and alluring scents.

As demand grew, John expanded the business. He brought in his daughter Marie, who had recently graduated from business school, to help build out a proper company. Together, they leased a small facility to begin bottling the fragrances on a larger scale.

Over the years, Parfums De Coeur® has become the leader in high quality, affordable body sprays and fragrances. Though we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to our roots, creating each scent by hand and focusing on natural ingredients. We now offer a wide variety of luxurious body sprays inspired by everything from tropical vacations to cozy winter nights.
